About the Galleries
Textiles are an integral part of the human experience, swaddling us at birth, providing warmth and comfort throughout life and enshrouding us in death. Textiles have held a personal place of significance for me as well, and over the years I have created a large body of work. Organizing these works into galleries emphasizes for me the major themes I find important in both my personal and artistic life. Viewing my artwork in these groupings allows me to retrospectively examine my own artistic journey, noting where I have traveled artistically and providing insight into a continuum of artistic growth and development.
